It’s nearly time to say goodbye to summer as the school year settles in. Fall is rolling in, and with it special September themes including apples and Hispanic Heritage Month.
You may also be thinking hard about how best to support all the learners in your class. Each child is different and brings something unique to your classroom. So, we’ve added some new resources with practical solutions to set all your students up for success, including this article on teaching the whole child. I hope it helps you plan today and all year!
Grab this giant pack to make a unit on apples easy as pie! It includes a detailed scope and sequence, lesson ideas, science explorations, leveled mini-books (some in Spanish!), and more.
“This pack is jam-packed with activities that would fit into all subject areas. Activities are great to complete as a whole group or for students to complete independently.”—RhoLynda Hamm, Teacher, Loveville, MD
“I love that this packet only covers three shapes at a time (circle, square, triangle), but it covers them in detail, with multiple methods of teaching (through coloring, tracing, matching, graphing, etc.).”—Amanda Nehring, Teacher, Crystal Lake, IL
